When you send a project inquiry, B&G Custom Builds receives your name, email, optional phone number, project address, project type, and message so we can respond and discuss the work.

Address and spam checks

We send the project address to Google Address Validation to check whether it is a recognized US street address. Suggested corrections appear for your review. We keep the address you submit with your inquiry and the time it passed verification, rather than keeping the full Google response.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals to help block automated submissions. We also use short-lived form tokens, hashed network identifiers, submission limits, and duplicate detection. Spam-control records are separate from your project inquiry.

Inquiry details are stored with our website hosting service and sent using Resend to our project inbox. Resend also sends a receipt to the email address you provide.

Using this form

Submit information you are authorized to share. An inquiry or verified address does not confirm that the property is within our service area, reserve a project date, or create a construction agreement. New-build and unlisted addresses can be discussed by email.

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Turnstile is covered by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
